Job Title: Executive Chef

We pride ourselves on delivering a unique culinary experience that combines local flavors with international flair, and we are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Create and refine menus that showcase a fusion of local and international cuisines, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Cost Management: Oversee food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting, ensuring efficient kitchen operations without compromising quality.
- Health & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager to align culinary offerings with overall resort objectives.
- Guest Experience: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and tailor the culinary experience to exceed their expectations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional creativity and passion for food, with an eye for detail in presentation.
- Excellent understanding of menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control.
- Knowledge of local and international cuisines, with a commitment to using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with other departments.
- Knowledge of current food trends and the ability to adapt them to the resort's dining experience.
