Job Opportunity: Plant HR Manager

 

  • Role Summary:
  • Manage plant manpower planning in coordination with production targets.
  • Ensure timely recruitment of staff, workers, and contract labor.
  • Implement onboarding and induction programs.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manpower Planning:
  • - Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies.
  • - Coordinate with production teams to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Maintain Positive IR Climate:
  • - Foster a positive and respectful work environment.
  • - Ensure zero disruptions to business operations.
  • Compliance:
  • Statutory Management:
  • - Ensure 100% compliance with all labor laws.
  • - Handle returns, inspections, and audits efficiently.
  • Training & Development:
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
  • - Identify training needs for staff and workers.
  • - Implement technical, behavioral, and statutory training programs.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement Performance Management System (PMS):
  • - Facilitate goal setting, mid-year review, and final appraisal cycles.
  • HR MIS Reporting:
  • Maintain Dashboards:
  • - Track key HR metrics, including attrition, recruitment, training, and absenteeism.

  • Submit Monthly Reports:
  • - Provide regular updates to the corporate office.
