Leadership Opportunity in Employee Health and Benefits

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our retention, cross-sell, and upsell efforts in the Employee Health & Benefits domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engaging with C-level executives to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance customer lifetime value.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that focus on retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
  • Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and negotiate at senior levels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Retention: Identify and address potential retention issues through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
  • Cross-Sell: Develop and implement cross-selling strategies to increase average transaction value and client lifetime value.
  • Upsell: Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
  • Proven track record of engaging with C-level executives to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.
