About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a prominent company in the power solutions industry as a Strategic Sales and Business Development Professional.

Based in Mysore, Karnataka, this role involves driving sales growth in a designated territory through effective collaboration with the Mahindra team and dealers. Key responsibilities include promoting the Powerol brand, generating and converting inquiries, preparing monthly business plans, identifying customer needs, and designing promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA, along with 3-6 years of experience in channel sales related to power tools, electrical components, HVAC, etc. A proven sales track record and market knowledge are essential, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
