Strategic Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Professional to join our team at L&T Technology Services.
This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in identifying market opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities in various markets, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Collaborate with the Global Sales, Practice team, and Delivery team to develop proactive and reactive proposals and solutions.
- Generate leads for cold calls and emails to prospective customers for the sales team.
- Develop customized targeted sales strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Create informative presentations to present to potential clients during client meetings, account mining/strategy workshops, road shows, and conferences.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop lead generation campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Track proposal activities in the sales funnel and maintain current account information.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and provide market feedback to senior management.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Executive or similar role with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets while maintaining excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and preferred knowledge in Power BI and SharePoint.
Rupees 12-15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Working ConditionsThe selected candidate will work in a typical office environment, with occasional travel required.
