Seeking a seasoned talent acquisition specialist to oversee human resources functions for a leading organization. Key responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
- Conduct thorough interviews and make informed hiring recommendations.
- Partner with department heads on staffing needs and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Track key recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
- Design and implement effective performance management systems.
- Facilitate annual performance reviews and goal setting with employees.
- Coach managers on performance management techniques and develop employee development programs.
- Address performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Create recognition and rewards programs to motivate employees.
- Conduct thorough workload assessments across departments to identify areas of improvement.
- Analyze job roles and responsibilities for efficiency and recommend staffing adjustments as needed.
- Monitor employee productivity and satisfaction, and implement workforce planning strategies to optimize performance.
- Develop metrics to track workload distribution and ensure fair allocation of tasks.
- Administer all employee leave programs, including vacation, sick, and family medical leave.
- Ensure compliance with relevant leave regulations and process leave requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of leave requests and coordinate coverage during employee absences.
- Update leave policies as needed to ensure fairness and equity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues and investigations in a fair and impartial manner.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary structure and benefit plans.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
- Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are highly valued.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and performance management.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance is essential.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software is preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, ADP).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools is beneficial.
- Experience with performance management software is an asset.
