
Senior Corporate Client Acquisition Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a corporate client acquisition strategy across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and needs assessments to understand clients' business requirements.
- Develop and present tailored insurance solutions, covering various lines of business.
- Negotiate optimal coverage and premiums on behalf of clients.
- Engage with senior decision-makers to finalize agreements.
- Maintain high client satisfaction levels and foster long-term relationships.
Desirable Competencies:
- Established professional network and industry connections.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing large accounts.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and lead through influence.
- Familiarity with financial/broking software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel for client engagement and expansion activities.
Professional Experience
The ideal candidate will have 5–15 years of experience in corporate insurance sales or broking, with a demonstrated understanding of broking dynamics, underwriting collaborations, and domain expertise across general insurance lines.
