Job Title: Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing Services
Location: Remote
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our US IT staffing division.
- This is a hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients.
- You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence within the US.
- This is not an account management role.
- We want professionals with 5-10 years of proven experience who can bring existing client relationships and deliver measurable business growth from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and secure new Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
- Create and execute strategic go-to-market and corporate sales plans.
- Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts.
- Establish service agreements and foster long-term client relationships.
US Staffing Expertise:
- Deep Expertise of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Proven track record in successful consultant placements.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing staffing sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment
- Strong existing client relationships with ability to generate immediate business
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
