Business Development Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of industry contacts, a proven ability to generate new business, and a hunter mindset.

We are seeking someone who can identify and secure new client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall growth of our staffing division. The successful Business Development Manager will have experience in Business Development / Sales within the US IT Staffing industry and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • New Business Opportunities
    • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
    • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Clinet Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
  • Sales Pipeline Management
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly/monthly progress to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong existing network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US.
  • Deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
