
Senior Executive

This is a leadership role that requires managing day-to-day execution across multiple teams, including onboarding, marketing, and training.
The successful candidate will oversee service level agreements, build standard operating procedures, streamline handoffs between teams, and drive measurable outcomes such as placements, conversion rates, and NPS.
This position is based onsite in the U.S. hours time zone and requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Scheduling: Manage teams across multiple stages, create rosters, capacity plans, and shift coverage.
- Process & SOPs: Design, document, and enforce standard operating procedures for each stage.
- Pipeline Throughput: Monitor daily dashboards, remove bottlenecks to improve time-to-onboard, submissions/day, interviews scheduled, offer rate, and join rate.
- Training & Upskilling Ops: Coordinate curricula, trainer calendars, candidate cohorts, assessments, and certification tracking.
- Onboarding Excellence: Ensure accurate documentation, agreements, background checks, and system access.
- Quality & Compliance: Run QA checks on resumes, submissions, and communications, uphold data privacy and audit-ready records.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with HR, Finance/Collections, and Sales for smooth handoffs.
- Automation & Tools: Champion CRM/ATS hygiene, automate routine steps, and standardize reporting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in operations management within staffing/recruiting, edtech/training, BPO, or services environments.
- Strong program/project management, data-driven decision-making, and obsession with execution.
- Hands-on with CRM/ATS, Google Sheets/Excel, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce familiarity (Reports, Dashboards; Flows/automation exposure).
- Experience with e-signature and document workflows, basic finance handoffs.
- Understanding of U.S. hiring terms & visas.
- Exposure to training operations.
- Process improvement frameworks (Lean/Six Sigma mindset).

Work Setup:
- Onsite - Ahmedabad office
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Mon–Fri)
