We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Vice President.

As a Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing operations across various regions. This senior-level position requires strong expertise in process improvement, AI, and GEN AI.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage client relationships and stakeholder management through effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Develop a process improvement strategy aligned with key clients' strategic priorities, driving business growth and efficiency.
  3. Build a strong Quality Engineering team to strategize and execute process improvements, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  4. Drive innovation and value delivery to EXL and clients through continuous improvement and excellence.
Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Successful execution of Process Improvement Strategy, resulting in enhanced business outcomes and client satisfaction.
  2. Resolve implementations by identifying and executing key transformation projects that impact client business outcomes for strategic client relationships.
  3. BB / MBB density, indicating a strong focus on quality and excellence.
  4. C-Sat score on Value Addition and Contribution, measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Person Attributes:
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word Doc, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of call recording systems and its usage (NICE, Witness, etc) is preferred, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proficient with Minitab software, showcasing analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with MS-VISIO for flowcharting/process mapping software, highlighting creativity and innovation.
  • Domain Knowledge across P&C Insurance, emphasizing industry expertise and specialization.
  • Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, COPC), reflecting a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Working knowledge of Transaction Monitoring (QA and QC), ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
  • Operational planning and process management to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute everyday QC operations, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, process improvements, domain, etc., illustrating a comprehensive understanding of the field.
  • Consulting mindset, embracing collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strategic focus and strong business acumen, driving growth and success.
