Job Opportunity: Senior Lead Security Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Senior Lead Security Specialist.

This role plays a crucial part in developing and implementing a comprehensive Secure Systems Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC) program, aligned with global security frameworks such as ISO and NIST.

You will work closely with IT leaders, application developers, and security teams to drive application security initiatives, integrate cutting-edge security tools, and enhance the overall security posture of the organization.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a robust S-SDLC Program tailored to organizational risk management and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide strategic guidance, oversight, and regular reporting to senior leadership, CISO, and development teams.
  • Perform design/architecture reviews, threat modeling, and secure coding assessments across applications and systems.
  • Act as a consultant, disseminating application security expertise across development teams.
  • Research emerging technologies (including Blockchain, Smart Contracts, and DApps) and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Lead demonstrations and integrations of application security testing tools (e.g., Veracode, Checkmarx, Synopsys, Netsparker).
  • Integrate application security processes into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage application vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and GRC platform integrations.
  • Perform security assessments for web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation, strategies, and procedures.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise in secure coding, architecture reviews, and vulnerability management.
