Verification Specialist Role Summary">

This position plays a key role in the process of verifying important information to ensure accuracy and prevent serious issues such as identity fraud. The successful candidate will support candidates on their journey to new opportunities while contributing to our mission to help the world trust faster.

We are seeking an individual who can verify background information through pre-employment screening, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational capabilities. They must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process background verification reports and pre-employment screening documents, including employment, education, and criminal record checks.
  • Verify information from form responses, official documents, and databases for accuracy and authenticity.
  • Deliver high-quality and timely verification results by following established procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and process orientation.
  • Ability to remain motivated to meet SLAs and deadlines while working remotely.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
