Job Summary:

This role is responsible for generating operational analysis and reporting to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the Shared Technology group.

We are looking for an experienced Operational Analyst who can provide actionable insights, prepare key dashboards, and support leadership initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to build high-quality steering committee materials.

">

The role requires someone who is proactive, forthcoming, and has strong communication skills to work effectively with all organizational levels.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operational Analyst. You will be working closely with the Shared Technology Leadership Team to drive transparency and clarity of information.

">

Your main responsibilities will include:

">
  1. ">
  2. Generating operational analysis and reporting to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the group.">
  3. Preparing key monthly dashboards and Management Information to facilitate decision-making and planning.">
  4. Providing tracking of partnership budgets and supporting leadership initiatives.">
  5. Identifying efficiencies and effectiveness in business operations processes.">
  6. Driving transparency and clarity of information.">
  7. Supporting program delivery and program management processes.">

You will also be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Building and maintaining a network of key contacts across the business to share knowledge and gain an understanding of potential impacts.">
  • Producing bespoke reporting when required to support exceptional initiatives or reviews.">
  • Organizing and preparing leadership meetings and operational committees' material.">
  • Preparing logistics and materials for on-site or off-site meetings, workshops, webcasts, etc.">

Essential Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • A Master's degree in Excell functions with the ability to automate processes.">
  • More than skills, someone who has wide experience working with senior client leadership, being more of an advisor than an order taker.">
  • Someone who is proactive, forthcoming, strong comm. skills.">
  • Someone who has strong maturity and expertise in managing stakeholders.">
  • Budget vs Actual Reporting and demand forecasting.">
  • Resource Reporting.">
  • Solid understanding and experience of formal project management methodologies, project planning, and project financial and resource management.">
  • Strong digital literacy, including advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite of projects, and a willingness and skill to learn new tools quickly.">
  • Excellent documentation skills; ability to build high-quality steering committee materials.">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.">
