Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

Raise the productivity of our team by ensuring seamless business operations. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Coordinate off-sites, events, and logistics arrangements.
  • Procure gifts, mementos, awards, and other items as needed.
  • Process purchase orders, verify expenses, and update internal tools.
  • Support new hires in setting up their access, hardware, IDs, and relocation logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant conducting business operations and managing rhythms of business for a team of 100+ people.
  • Proven ability to manage executive visits and team events, vendor management, procurement, and asset management.
