Executive Assistant Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support our team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing business operations and executive visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage budget and accounting processes for the team
  • Anticipate procurement needs, vendor management, and asset tracking
  • Support executives with travel itineraries, calendar, expenses, and logistics coordination
  • Coordinate off-sites, team events, and single point of contact for administrative tasks
  • Assist with new hires and workforce planning, including onboarding and exit processes
Requirements:
  • 4-9 years of experience as an administrative assistant conducting business operations and managing rhythm of business for a team of 100+ people
  • Experience managing executive visits, team events, vendor management, procurement, and asset management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional support to our team and maintain confidentiality at all times.
