Key Responsibilities:
  • Team management
  • Lead a 4-5 member city team to drive daily delivery
  • Supply building and onboarding
  • Identify and onboard fleet owners and relevant HCV supply
  • Cancellation analysis and feedback
  • Investigate cancellation reasons and share structured insights with central teams
  • Execution and pace ownership
  • Drive outcomes across order nudges, cancellation resolutions, and follow-ups
  • On-ground visibility
  • Regularly visit loading points, meet partners, and surface operational gaps
  • Process quality and discipline
  • Maintain city hygiene metrics and ensure protocol adherence
  • Research and pricing benchmarking
  • Track local transport patterns, peak demand periods, and corridor-specific challenges
