Job Title: Digital Optimization Professional

">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Optimization Professional with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing on-page and off-page digital strategies. This role will play a key part in driving organic growth, improving keyword rankings, and increasing our website's visibility across target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on-page optimization strategies, including meta tags, keyword optimization, internal linking, schema markup, and content recommendations.
  • Manage off-page optimization activities, such as link building, guest posting, digital PR, and directory submissions.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and fix issues.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Monitor and report digital performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword ranking, CTR, and bounce rate.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Optimize website content for target geographies, including local and international search engine optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, Google algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of proven digital optimization experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and digital tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of technical optimization, page speed optimization, mobile-first indexing, XML sitemaps, canonicalization, etc.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
