Key Responsibilities:

- **Brand Voice**: Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand voice, style, and messaging.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, PR, product, and sales teams to coordinate efforts and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- **Crisis Management**: Address any social media crises promptly and professionally, following established protocols.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the technology sector.
- **Skills**:
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
