About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to spearhead new business development, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial-minded professional with a proven ability to develop and close new accounts.

The primary responsibilities of this role include prospecting & lead generation, relationship building, strategic selling, pipeline management, and market awareness.

This role requires a strong relationship builder who can foster partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively research and identify potential new clients within our target markets.
  • Foster strong relationships with new clients, working to understand their organizational goals and challenges.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the unique value proposition of our products/services to key decision-makers.
  • Meticulously track and manage sales activities and pipeline progress using the company's CRM system.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and effectively position our offerings.

Requirements:

Education: B.Tech & MBA (preferred) | Experience: Min 8-15+ years |

Behavioural Skills: Confident, CXO conversationalist, Go-getter Attitude, Ability to take risk, Collaborative
