  • Manage financial reporting (US GAAP) and tax reporting valuations
  • Conduct market trend analysis, guideline company research, and comparable financial data review
  • Review third-party valuations and provide expert opinions
  • Develop financial models to support valuation assessments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US tax laws and regulatory compliance
