Drive New Business Growth and Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to spearhead new business growth and expansion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing new clients and driving revenue in a business development or growth role.

  • Develop and Execute Business Development Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Foster lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Analyze emerging opportunities, trends, and threats to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.

This is a full-time position that requires 5+ years of experience in a business development or growth role, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry.
