Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This is a key role in which you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our buy-side clients, driving value-added product adoption, workflow optimization, and expansion within our client community.

You will work closely with internal business areas across regions to ensure effective collaboration in providing best solutions and services to our clients. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this client-facing role.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative engagement
  • Strategically identify gaps in workflow to expand the enterprise service footprint
  • Proactively monitor at-risk users to defend the business
  • Gain a sound understanding of products, how they integrate with financial markets, and position them appropriately
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products
  • Contribute innovative ideas that anticipate and address client needs
  • Provide detailed feedback from clients to improve products
  • Participate actively in new projects that drive departmental and firm-wide initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience designing, supporting, or selling workflow infrastructure solutions (OMS) to buy-side firms
  • A strong understanding of financial markets, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
  • A proficient grasp of the buy-side workflow and trade life cycle
  • Demonstrable ability to identify new prospects and build solid client relationships
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer service, ideally servicing Financial Institutions
  • Ability to identify opportunities to grow existing business relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Aptitude to excel in a fast-paced environment
