Job Title:

Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is a senior-level accounting position that oversees day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounting.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance (GST, TDS), as well as proficiency in accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks, and MS Excel.

Prior experience handling accounting for D2C/e-commerce businesses is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and streamline accounting operations, including AP/AR, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timely submission to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate GST filings, TDS compliance, and coordination with external auditors, maintaining a transparent audit trail.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with leadership, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage vendor and customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
