Senior Treasury Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our treasury operations team, you will be responsible for configuring systems based on blueprinting documents, supporting TMS/SAP TRM and Risk Management implementation engagements, implementing treasury functions, and coaching junior team members.
Key Skills and Qualifications- CA/BTech/MBA(Finance) from Tier 1/2 institute with 4-7 years of experience in treasury tech advisory/finance tech/SAP practice.
- Strong understanding of treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements in SAP TRM/TMS environment.
- Familiarity with treasury operations, commodities, and financial products is an advantage.
- Experience with treasury systems like SAP TRM in ECC and S/4 Hana is required.
- Well-versed in cash and liquidity management, in-house bank setup, notional and physical cash pooling, borrowings management, investments management, and bank communication management within SAP.
- Basic understanding of spot and derivative market operations for interest rates and foreign exchange products including risk management and valuation aspects.
- Strong communication skills to interact with C-Suite executives.
- Configure system based on blueprinting documents.
- Support TMS/SAP TRM and Risk Management implementation engagements.
- Implement treasury functions and support business development initiatives.
- Coach junior team members for excellent client delivery and career development.
