Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cash Flow Manager to join our organization in Meerut, India. This role is responsible for planning and managing cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, financial statement analysis, and investment strategies.

Cash Management:

  • Develop comprehensive cash targets to support efficient liquidity management.
  • Oversee electronic cash receipt and disbursement processing and accounting.
  • Manage excess operating cash to optimize interest revenue.
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

Treasury Optimization:

  • Leverage advanced tools such as ERP systems, TMS, and data visualization platforms to enhance decision-making and tracking of KPIs.
  • Drive automation and technology integration to streamline treasury processes.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management or finance required.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, finance or management preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as B com, CA desirable.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of treasury best practices, including financial regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in general treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with BI tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Proficient in treasury management systems (TMSs).
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in treasury or related field.
  • Immediate hire a plus.
