Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and reporting in the real estate and construction industry.
This role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RERA submissions and compliance, as well as strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
The selected individual will also be responsible for handling accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of bank statements. Additionally, they will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, and prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconcile bank statements on a daily basis.
- Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
- Prepare and file RERA quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate / construction.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with RERA submissions and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
