Key Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, including certified skills in CAD and CIS-ITSM certifications.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes. This includes customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports. Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.

Apart from the software development lifecycle, the developer is expected to stay updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript(Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly
  • Familiarity with development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer
  • Knowledge of integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server
