Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Midserver Configuration: Design and implement Midserver configuration for efficient data management.
  • CMDB Data Alignment: Ensure accurate and up-to-date CMDB data alignment for effective service management.
  • Automated Data Population: Develop automated processes for data import and population in ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Networking Concepts: Demonstrate good understanding of networking concepts, DMZ zones, and cloud environments.
  • OT Network Functions: Show basic understanding of Industrial control systems and OT network functions.
  • Purdue Model Architecture: Familiarize with the Purdue Model architecture.
  • Scripting: Possess basic understanding and ability to script automated processes using Business Rules, Script Actions, and other tools.
  • ServiceNow ITOM Configuration: Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITOM modular platform, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Training and Documentation: Document development, configuration, and technical details; prepare training material for project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM solutions implementation and configuration.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM modules, CMDB data alignment, automated data population, scripting, and network concepts.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
