- Oversee integrations, scalability and security.
- Collaborate with enterprise platform and security teams.
- Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance).
- Translate business requirements into workflows.
- Support testing, training and go-live activities.
- Maintain risk registers, control libraries and policy documentation.
- Support audits, evidence collection and control testing.
- Generate dashboards and reports.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance or related fields.
- Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
