Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to fill the role of Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the achievement of sales targets with minimal delinquency.
  • Identify areas for prospective business opportunities.
  • Screen customer segments as per organizational norms.
  • Ensure high login rates along with successful disbursements.
  • Meet sanction ratio targets.
  • Proactively understand customer needs and offer cross-selling opportunities as required.
  • Execute sales promotion activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Build strong client relationships internally and externally.
  • Source new vendors and develop distribution channels.
  • Provide training to staff members and vendors on market understanding and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all audit and regulatory requirements.
