As a key contributor in the Founder's Office, you will drive revenue growth, support partnerships, manage GTM workflows, and enable cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Growth & GTM Execution
- Support outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding through effective project management.
- Track progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met by leveraging business analytics tools.
- Assist in designing and executing growth campaigns across markets by providing strategic insights.
- Partnership & Strategic Projects
- Support founders in structuring partnership proposals, GTM plans, and strategic collaborations by identifying potential ecosystem partners and events.
- Research and analyze market opportunities, and prepare partner decks, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives.
- Track partnership outcomes and ensure follow-ups with stakeholders by maintaining regular communication channels.
- Business Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain trackers for pipeline, partnership progress, and growth KPIs using data visualization tools.
- Prepare dashboards, review decks, and performance reports for founders and investors by interpreting business metrics.
- Provide insights into market/competition analysis to inform GTM strategy by analyzing industry trends.
- Operational Support for Growth
- Coordinate founder calendars around growth and partnership deliverables by utilizing digital calendars.
- Ensure real-time visibility on all live growth projects through structured updates and meetings.
- Assist in event/project exposure such as roadshows, conferences, and client showcases by promoting brand awareness.
- Documentation & Communication
- Create SOPs for outreach, partnerships, and client onboarding processes by documenting best practices.
- Maintain central documentation for GTM workflows, sales enablement, and proposals by organizing digital files.
- Draft crisp updates, decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders by conveying key information effectively.
