Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled e-commerce operations specialist to oversee the management of our Amazon seller account, advertising, and operational coordination for home category products. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of stock planning, pricing, and sales analytics, as well as excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Amazon Ads (PPC campaigns) by planning bids, optimizing for peak hours, and maximizing ROI
  • Coordinate with the operations team for region-wise stock management to avoid out-of-stock situations and drop in sales
  • Monitor Amazon changes and resolve issues promptly
  • Analyze customer reviews and ratings; escalate quality/packing concerns to the right team
  • Plan and execute weekend sales strategies to leverage higher traffic
  • Regularly check listing pages – update variations, optimize keywords, and adjust categories if required
  • Coordinate with the Amazon account manager for support, promotions, and growth opportunities
  • Work on pricing strategies to maintain profitability and expected margins
  • Manage overall Amazon seller account operations including sales tracking, product improvement, and compliance
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central & Ads (PPC management)
  • Strong knowledge of stock planning, pricing, and sales analytics
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle data, reports, and decision-making independently
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
