We are seeking a talented Growth Automation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Growth Automation Specialist will be responsible for owning and implementing our GTM automation stack, bringing engineering discipline to sales and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Engineering: Design, develop, and deploy automation pipelines using Python and tools like n8n/Zapier to streamline prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach processes.
  • Growth Operations: Integrate AI APIs into GTM workflows for personalization and lead scoring, automate discovery and engagement on various channels, and clean and model data to support ICP design, segmentation, and growth analytics.
  • Data Engineering: Build scalable data architectures to support growth initiatives, ensuring seamless data integration and analysis.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in automation engineering, growth operations, or data engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, APIs, and data wrangling (SQL/Pandas), hands-on experience with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and integrations (HubSpot, Apollo, Slack).
  • Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) and ability to integrate them into GTM workflows.
