Job Opportunity: CRM and Marketing Automation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead CRM and marketing automation initiatives across our key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in CRM strategy and marketing automation, with proven expertise in enterprise CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Oracle.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will define and architect CRM and marketing technology strategies for enterprise clients, leveraging their technical expertise to drive business growth.
  • They will lead end-to-end CRM and marketing automation implementations, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
  • A strong leader with excellent communication skills, they will mentor and grow a team of CRM managers, analysts, and automation specialists.
  • As the client-facing lead, they will handle both strategic and technical discussions, providing a balance of vision and depth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MarTech Strategy & Architecture: Develop and implement CRM and marketing technology strategies for enterprise clients, driving business growth and improving client outcomes.
  • Delivery & Implementation: Lead end-to-end CRM and marketing automation implementations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of CRM managers, analysts, and automation specialists, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Client Engagement & Collaboration: Act as the client-facing lead, handling both strategic and technical discussions to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in CRM strategy and marketing automation.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise CRM platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Oracle.
  • Strong exposure to automation tools, such as WebEngage, MoEngage, Braze, and Customer.io.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering CRM solutions across multiple clients, particularly in BFSI and Retail.
  • Ability to lead client conversations with a balance of strategic vision and technical depth.
