Senior Marketing Executive

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead pipeline growth and lead generation for our B2B IT services. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and strategic planning to drive high-quality leads and revenue for our sales teams.

This role will focus on developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across key industries and personas. The successful candidate will be responsible for demand generation strategy, campaign execution, lead nurturing, performance tracking, and content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute demand generation programs to generate MQLs and SQLs, driving measurable results and ROI.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Create and manage integrated multi-touch campaigns targeting key industries and personas, leveraging analytics and marketing dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing programs using marketing automation tools to accelerate the buyer's journey, ensuring seamless handoffs between marketing and sales teams.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
  • Content & Messaging: Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling thought leadership and email sequences that resonate with IT decision-makers, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Event & Webinar Marketing: Plan and promote virtual and in-person events to engage prospects and customers, fostering meaningful connections and brand awareness.
  • Partnership & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with agencies and technology vendors to enhance campaign performance, optimize spend, and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing in the IT services, SaaS, or technology space.
  • Proven track record in ABM, paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads), and marketing automation tools, with expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and performance marketing metrics.
  • Strong understanding of buyer journeys, intent-based marketing, and conversion rate optimization, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue impact, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
