Workday Time Tracking Consultant Role

As a Workday Time Tracking Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Time Tracking solutions for clients. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and govern project setups.
  • Conducting workshops to identify, analyze, and specify time tracking requirements, ensuring seamless integration of HR processes.
  • Drafting functional specifications and configuring the Workday Time Tracking module, while monitoring progress and alignment with business needs.
  • Defining and executing testing scenarios to validate time tracking solutions, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability.
  • Providing user assistance during deployment and offering training sessions to ensure a smooth transition to Workday Time Tracking.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Working closely with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of time tracking processes.

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Time Tracking projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Time Tracking module, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday, with a certification in Workday Time Tracking being an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
