Job Title: Workday Time and Absence Implementation Specialist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Workday, particularly with regards to Time and Absence functionality. They must have supported at least 2 global implementations or transformation projects within Workday Time and Absence and be certified.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Workday Time and Absence implementation or transformation projects for global clients.
  • Provide expert-level consulting services to clients on Workday Time and Absence configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Current Workday Certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience.
  • Proven track record supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence.
  • Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
