Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Absence Management professional to join our team as a Workday Absence Consultant.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who has a strong background in implementing, configuring and supporting absence management solutions using Workday technology.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HR processes, leave policies, and compliance, with hands-on experience in system configuration, testing and user training within Workday.

The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including HR, payroll and other teams to ensure seamless integration of absence management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Workday Absence Management solutions
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Provide training and support to users
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
