Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Oracle Cloud HCM Functional. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in functional areas of work, with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud, specifically in Absence and OTL modules.

The successful candidate will possess expertise in understanding client requirements and mapping them to product features, as well as identifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds. Proficiency in estimating work for Vanilla implementation, Personalizations/work-arounds, Reports/integrations/enhancements, and client presentations/demos is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mastery of client needs and product feature alignment
  • Gap identification and workaround proposal
  • Work estimation for Vanilla and Personalization implementations
  • Client demonstrations and presentations
  • Understanding of client support needs and delivery models
  • RFP response creation and overall solution proposal
  • New release and feature understanding for client updates
  • Project ownership and customer relationship management
  • Mentoring and quality tracking for project teams
  • Status reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
