Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of our HCM solution. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM and possess excellent communication skills.

The selected individual will be responsible for providing strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area. They should possess hands-on experience working on Fusion and have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions for HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk.
  • Providing technical assistance and support to clients on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM solutions.

The successful candidate should have strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have knowledge of SQL, Data Migration and Customization.
