Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in US and Canada Payroll, to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical development, with experience in Fast Formula development, BIP, OTBI, SQL/PL SQL tuning, and HDL. Additionally, they will have knowledge of SDLC and JIRA, as well as experience in Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.

This role requires the ability to analyze complex data imports and extracts, validate accuracy through reporting and queries, and support large-scale data migrations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for gathering detailed technical requirements from the business, documenting them in technical specifications, and leading unit testing of RICE components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions for complex payroll challenges
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to payroll data imports and extracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience in US and Canada Payroll
  • Experience in Fast Formula development, BIP, OTBI, SQL/PL SQL tuning, and HDL
  • Knowledge of SDLC and JIRA
  • Experience in Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations
