Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in Japanese to join our team.

  • This role requires strong technical knowledge and ability to bridge between Japanese clients and our company, supporting project management and execution across digital solutions initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between offshore and onsite teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into structured technical documentation for our development team.
  • Coordinate with technical leads, testers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs)
  • Strong understanding of frontend/backend architecture and DevOps workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.

  • Culturally adaptive and comfortable with international deployments
