Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned technical expert to drive technical engagements and empower partners in the dynamic India South Region.

This critical role enhances the technical proficiency and market penetration of channel partners. You will work with account and channel teams in driving technical engagements directly and with help of partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Collaborate with account teams to lead and support security operations opportunities in the region.">
  • Drive strategic and high-value opportunities with internal account teams.">
  • Equip partners with technical acumen for effective value articulation, demonstrations, deployments, and ongoing solution support.">
  • Mentor partners to attain technical accreditation and certification.">
  • Assist in aligning go-to-market strategies to maximize collaborative opportunities.">
  • Facilitate value proposition communication between internal and partner teams.">
  • Actively participate in customer workshops to lead product demonstrations and interactive sessions.">

Qualifications

">

We are looking for a candidate with 8-12 years of experience in a technical capacity, such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Channel/Partner Systems Engineer.

">

A Bachelor/Masters of Engineering degree or an equivalent qualification is required.

">

Relevant industry certifications, such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS, or similar credentials, are highly valued.

">

The ideal candidate must have expertise in at least one of the following critical technology domains:

  • ">
  • Security Operations (SecOps): extensive experience with EDR, XDR, SIEM & SOAR platforms, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Vulnerability Management.">
  • Cloud Security: understanding of cloud security will be an added advantage.">
  • Deep experience with security incident response, both IR tools and IR workflow process or SOC operational processes.">
  • Strong practical experiences with threat hunting, malware, exploits, and being able to demonstrate simulation of cyber attacks.">
  • Deep understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems and scripting skill in Python/JavaScript/PowerShell is an advantage.">
