Job Opportunity: Unified Communications Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Engineer to join our team. As a UCCE Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient call flows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Configuration: Install and configure UCCE components, including ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP, VVB, and CUSP.
  • Collaboration and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient call flows.
  • Consulting and Support: Provide consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE components and deployments.
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to high-level architecture planning.
Must-Have Skills:
  • UCCE Expertise: Proven experience in installation and configuration of UCCE components.
  • Consulting and Communication: Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Basic Troubleshooting and Design Knowledge: Basic troubleshooting and design knowledge of UCCE components and call flows.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • High-Level Design Understanding: High-level design understanding of UCCE architecture.
  • CVP Deployment Model Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of CVP deployment model call flows.
