Cash Management Specialist

The Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Cash Management Specialist located in Rajkot. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, implement business strategies, maintain regulatory compliance, and support growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the location.
  • Manage resources at the hub, including drivers, gunmen, and custodians.
  • Plan and assign routes, duties, and audits.
  • Ensure timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing of cash as per client requirements.
  • Plan, administer, monitor, and perform operations according to agreed SLAs.
  • Conduct surprise audits to ensure adherence to established processes.
  • Assist in collecting, collating, recording, and reporting day-to-day operations to managers, corporate, and clients.
  • Prepare crew rosters according to route dispatch times.
  • Maintain hardcopy records of takeover and handover of ATMs.
  • Adhere to all-risk mitigation procedures to prevent cash loss during operations.
  • Dispatch routes from the branch or vault office on time.
  • Follow up with vault officers/bank officials on cash issuance to custodians for ATM replenishment.
