
Operational Support Specialist

As an office operations professional, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This includes overseeing procurement and inventory of office supplies, liaising with external vendors and service providers, and ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of bills, payments, and vendor contracts, as well as coordinating company travel and meeting logistics. Additionally, you will assist the HR department with onboarding and offboarding processes, employee attendance, and leave tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
