About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead to oversee sales activities in assigned territories, ensuring efficiency in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will work closely with the pre-sales team, handling prefixed meetings and capitalizing on in-house generated leads.
The Sales Lead will be responsible for:
- Regular Communication: Maintaining consistent communication with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Overseeing Sales Activity: Monitoring and managing sales activities within assigned territories to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
- Identifying and Pursuing Sales Leads: Actively seeking out new sales leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline.
- Developing Sales Strategies: Crafting robust sales strategies that align with organizational goals and adapting them as needed based on market dynamics.
- Following Up on Leads: Consistently following up on business leads and referrals to maintain momentum throughout the sales process.
- Conducting Presentations and Demonstrations: Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and influence purchasing decisions.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to identify challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develop creative solutions.
