With a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030, Indian real estate is a massive opportunity for us. We are expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months and have raised a total of $16 million in funding.
Role - Lead Outside SalesRole and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Lead Outside Sales professional who will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a data-centric approach and come up with smart and efficient processes for an amazing customer experience.
The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, follow up on business leads and referrals, and travel to various client locations. They will also conduct presentations and product demonstrations, and work with the Product team to improve the interface for better customer support and customer experience.
We are a fastest-growing startup with 1500+ projects completed, and we expect all our employees to be flexible, action-oriented, self-starters with strong data analysis skills.
Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling up the business are key responsibilities of this role. The candidate should also be able to brand manage in the area and provide exceptional customer experience.
Required skills and expertise include 2+ years of experience in a high-paced, high-pressure startup, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong people management skills. The ideal candidate should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, and focused on team cohesion.
Strong networking, negotiations, and relationship-building skills are also essential for this role. Local language proficiency is preferred.
