Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to support our HR team in all aspects of the HR function. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through various channels and advertising platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants to ensure timely completion of the hiring process.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials and conducting comprehensive inductions.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS system as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work culture and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events that foster teamwork and camaraderie among staff members.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in maintaining office operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field such as Business Administration or Psychology.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a passion for supporting organizational growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of local language Kannada is an added advantage but not compulsory.
